My name is Alicia Harding
I am a National Board Certified Health & Wellness Coach and a Functional Medicine Certified Health Coach.
My coaching practice, BLOOM, focuses on all aspects of longevity: increasing one's healthspan while staving off the chronic diseases that too commonly accompany aging so that we can grow older able-bodied and bloom with zest and vitality.
